New Patient Intake
Includes a comprehensive health history, physical exam, report of findings, and adjustment + therapy as indicated.
Please allow up to 60 minutes for the initial visit to ensure Dr. Michael, DC, MS has enough time to thoroughly address your health needs.
Adult and Child New Patient Appointment:
$90-$110 for the Examination Process, depending on the conditions diagnosed.
then
$90-$100 for adjustments as indicated, if care is agreed to by the patient.

Must be a current patient and have proceeded through New Patient Intake and under the current care of Dr. Michael Stacey, DC, MS.
