New Patient Portal

Step 1: Book a New Patient Appointment and Dr. Michael Stacey, DC, MS will respond to your request within 24 hours. 

Reminder, the appointment, including treatments, if recommended, should take approximately 1 hour. 

Step 2: After approval of your New Patient Appointment, please fill out and submit the intake forms in your portal at least 24 hours before your appointment time so that Dr. Michael Stacey, DC, MS can thoroughly review your health history and other needs before your appointment. 

A reminder: this appointment will be $90-100 dollars, depending on your health needs, for the exam. 

If you choose to proceed with care, the adjustments or other treatment options will be an additional $90-110 dollars.
